When sole aim is to gain political power . only selfishness and ,greed for power prevails.Where the selfishness has gripped the mind and heart, reasoning utterly fails to play its role.Only selfishness and greed become the sole guiding force.Hence in politics rules of selfless devotion do not apply. In our.democracy some admirers are haunted by certain political ideology hence they ignore sound political democratic principles of neutral criticism. And some are political power seekers hence they ignore inherent qualities of their political opponents. Both type of these persons hinder growth of democracy.Democracy is not a platform for vomiting filth and rubbish/.it is a platform for free exchange of views and thoughts to nourish and sustain the democratic political system.
