1(21)After taking his Gandiva in his hand Arjuna tells Lord Krishna that his chariot be placed in the middle of two armies.Till now Arjuna did not show any sign of recoil from the ferocious war among the members of the same dynasty. Kings and youths of almost whole country had arrayed themselves in either side of the war entangled groups Maharshi Vyas has said jn Mahabharat that only old men and women were left in the houses almost all the youths had gone to participate in war.
